مدل تعاملی-فرایندی مزایای راهبرد همرقابتی در بخش مراقبت های سلامت

چکیده
در سال‌های اخیر با توجه به تورم و محدودیت‌های وارداتی، اعضای زنجیره تأمین بخش مراقبت‌های سلامت از همرقابتی استفاده کرده‌اند. کاربرد همرقابتی هنوز محدود است و نیاز است برای جبران کمبود در منابع و تخصص، استفاده بیشتری از آن بشود. در این زمینه لازم است مزایای همرقابتی برای اعضای زنجیره تأمین تبیین شود. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور شناسایی و مدل‌سازی مزایای همرقابتی انجام شده است. در مرحله اول با رویکرد کیفی و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته 32 مزیت راهبرد همرقابتی در زنجیره تأمین بخش مراقبت‌های سلامت شناسایی گردید که در قالب 8 کلان دسته «مزیت‌های رابطه‌ای»، «مزایای بیمار»، «مزایای راهبردی»، «مزایای مالی»، «مزایای منابع انسانی»، «تقویت برند»، «مزایای کیفی» و «مزایای حل مشکلات» گروه‌بندی شدند. در مرحله دوم به‌منظور مدل‌سازی مزایا، با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری فراگیر فازی، مزایا در 4 سطح قرار گرفتند. نتایج مدل‌سازی نشان داد به ترتیب «مزایای راهبردی» و «مزایای منابع انسانی» مهم‌ترین مزیت‌ همرقابتی هستند زیرا به‌عنوان مزیت بنیادی بر سایر مزیت‌ها اثر می‌گذارند. به‌منظور بهره‌گیری از مزایای همرقابتی وجود قراردادهای شفاف برای جلوگیری از تنش، وجود مدیران کارآمد که پذیرای راهبرد همرقابتی باشند و توان حل تعارضات را داشته باشند، وجود معیارهای انتخاب هوشمندانه رقیب، وجود سیستم‌های نظارتی مورد توافق طرفین و حذف قوانین دست و پاگیر بالادستی لازم است.

Interactive-Process Modeling of Coopetition Strategy Advantages in the Healthcare Sector

Recently, due to inflation and import restrictions, the healthcare supply chain has used a coopetition strategy. The use of coopetition is still limited, and it needs to be used more to compensate for the lack of resources and expertise. In this context, it is necessary to explain the coopetition advantages for the supply chain. Therefore, the present research was conducted in order to identify and model coopetition advantages. In the first stage, with a qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews, 32 advantages of a coopetition strategy in the healthcare supply chain were identified and were grouped in 8 major categories: "Relational advantages," "Patient advantages," "Strategic advantages," "Financial advantages," "Human resources," "Brand strengthening," "Quality benefits," and "Problem-solving benefits." In the second stage, in order to model the benefits, using fuzzy total interpretive structural modeling (FTISM). According to FTISM, the benefits were placed in 4 levels. The modeling results showed that "strategic advantages" and "human resources advantages" are the most important coopetition advantages because they are effective on other advantages, and in a way, they are the most fundamental coopetition advantages. To take advantage of the benefits of coopetition, it is necessary to have transparent contracts to prevent tension, the existence of efficient managers who accept coopetition and the ability to resolve conflicts, the existence of criteria for intelligent selection of competitors, and the existence of monitoring systems agreed upon by the parties and the removal of cumbersome upstream rules.
