Merit selection in positions, especially in the position of judgment, is considered one of the most important strategies in good governance and achieving modern Islamic civilization. To achieve this goal, it is very important to benefit from the precious experience of Islamic civilization. Due to the important role of the Court of Justice in realizing social justice and public security and welfare, it has always had a sensitive position in the administrative organization and Islamic civilization, and the rulers have taken special care in determining the appropriate personality for this position. Therefore, two basic questions were placed on the agenda of this research, firstly, were there criteria and strategies for selecting judges? If the answer is positive, the question of the methods and processes of qualifying qualified people will be raised. In this research, with the benefit of the descriptive-analytical method and reference to library documents, firstly, the historical course of the judicial position has been planned, and then attention has been paid to explaining the answers to the questions with the inspiration of the texts related to the state administration. Is. Based on this, several conditions, including the conditions of correctness of judgment and personality characteristics, have been considered by the leaders, among which we can mention field research, face-to-face interview, review of past experiences, etc. to achieve the best choice.
