طراحی مدل عملکرد نوآورانه سازمان مبتنی بر یادگیری سازمانی و انعطاف‌پذیری استراتژیک

چکیده

سازمان‌ها به منظور فعالیت در یک محیط کسب و کار رقابتی می‌بایست به سرعت با موقعیت‌های در حال تغییر انطباق یابند. توانایی سازمان در یادگیری، یک قابلیت کلیدی استراتژیک جهت رقابت در بازارهای مدرن است. تحقیق حاضر در پی بررسی این موضوع است که چگونه یادگیری سازمانی به عنوان یک قابلیت پویا، انعطاف‌پذیری استراتژیک سازمان را شکل می‌دهد و در نهایت بر عملکرد نوآورانه سازمان تأثیر می‌گذارد. در واقع در تحقیق حاضر مفهومی ‌جدید تحت عنوان «عملکرد نوآورانه سازمان» مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی می‌باشد و هدف آن، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد نوآورانه سازمان است. به این منظور پس از مرور مبانی نظری این حوزه، عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد نوآورانه شناسایی و مدل مفهومی ‌تحقیق بر این اساس ارائه شده است. سپس به منظور سنجش مدل مفهومی‌ تحقیق، نسبت به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسش‌نامه و تجزیه و تحلیل آنها اقدام شده و با استفاده از نتایج تحقیق، عوامل یادگیری سازمانی و انعطاف‌پذیری استراتژیک به عنوان عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد نوآورانه معرفی شده‌اند. در انتها با توجه به نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، پیشنهادهای کاربردی برای استفاده مدیران کسب و کار ارائه شده است

چکیده [English]

In order to operate in a competitive business environment, organizations should rapidly adapt to changing situations. organization's ability to learn is a key strategic capability to compete in modern markets. This study seeks to examine how "organizational learning" as a dynamic capability shapes "strategic flexibility" and eventually affects the "innovative performance of organization". In fact, in this study a new concept called "organizational innovative performance" has been investigated.
This study is an applied research and the used method is descriptive. The purpose is to identify factors affecting innovative performance of an organization. To do this, after reviewing the theoretical foundations of the field, the factors affecting innovative performance were identified and the conceptual model is presented. Then, in order to measure the conceptual model, data were collected through questionnaire and were analyzed. Based on findings, "organizational learning" and "strategic flexibility" were presented as determinants of innovative performance. Finally, on the basis of the results of data analysis, practical suggestions are provided for business managers.
