This paper aimed to present a conceptual model for human resource talent management. In terms of purpose, this is an applied research and it uses documentary meta-synthesis method for data collection. 160 papers were selected during the research where talent management model, directly, and other variables were indirectly discussed. Qualitative method was applied for data analysis. Furthermore, ATLAS.ti software was used for coding and rating purposes. Glynn critical tool was applied to validate the studies included in this research, which is citable for all applied research designs. According to the analysis, 108 domestic and foreign articles were finally selected and totally 5 categories, 15 concepts and 140 codes were identified as final components of the talent management conceptual model. Eventually, talent hiring and recruitment, organization vision and strategies, compensation system, career management, learning and development, productivity, involvement, organizational excellence were selected as the most significant and highest-rated codes. Accordingly, the main dimensions of human resource talent management were exploited and finally the conceptual model of talent management was presented.
