Today, the evolving nature of international policies and the decreasing acceptance of hard power have led countries to focus on the manifestations of soft power. In response, many nations have adopted various strategies to enhance their soft power resources and components. Iran is no exception and should strive to further strengthen its soft power. One of the key documents guiding this effort is Iran's Vision Document for 1404, which emphasizes the various components of soft power, particularly its social aspects. The document identifies ways to enhance Iran's capabilities and transform them into soft power. Women, representing half of Iranian society, can play a crucial role in achieving and promoting soft power. Therefore, this research seeks to answer the question: How is the role of women in strengthening the social components of Iran's soft power outlined in the Vision Document for 1404, with particular emphasis on the statements of Ayatollah Khamenei? To answer this, the document's text and relevant statements were analyzed using qualitative content analysis, identifying six key categories regarding the role of women in strengthening Iran's soft power. The findings indicate that women contribute significantly to strengthening Iran's soft power through consolidating the institution of the family, advancing education, fostering a moral society, observing hijab and chastity, nurturing national spirit, and participating in various fields.
