Political Philosophy in the Global Age

Abstract

If we accept that thoughts have always been affected by the events and conditions of human life, the main problem for political philosophy will be the clarification of the logic and character of this theoretical field in the face of "global age" and the economic and political consequences of it.Given the growing global interaction [integration!] and persistence of global problems, the question is which kind of political philosophy is more feasible and practicable. In other words, how can we contribute to the capability of political philosophy to be effective and practicable in the present situation? In this regard, the writer distinguishes three perceptions of globalization and according to it, he describes how the third perception and the idea of globalization is a decisive one due to its efficiency and analytical usefulness. To support the hypothesis, the ideas of Habermas and Rawls are utilized accordingly. The method of this article is descriptive and analytical and has been written within the framework of normative and critical theory
